Mr. Lind serves as Sr. Project Manager, QA/QC – Principal-in-Charge, and senior technical oversight roles on client assignments.  Mr. Lind specializes in water, energy, and land infrastructure development, designs and manages a wide range of environmental/regulatory (e.g., CEQA/NEPA) and resource conservation and watershed planning processes, performs compliance assessments for water and energy project operations, and works with clients to develop and implement effective public and agency consultation programs. He often acts as a CEQA Lead Agency representative for public agency planning and permitting of water and energy infrastructure projects. Mr. Lind has also served as an expert witness and a member of multi-disciplinary litigation support teams.
