Mrs. Sussman is an experienced project manager with primary expertise in land use and development, environmental compliance (NEPA, CEQA and TRPA) and conservation planning.  She is confident leading and supporting the synthesis of complex policies and data and has more than 10 years of experience researching, writing, editing and coordinating deliverables for publication including environmental documents, contracts, grant proposals and impact analyses. As a project manager, she has successfully coordinated project development teams that included technical experts, land managers, environmental organizations, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders. Recently she helped lead the development of an adaptive management program to incentivize NPDES permit compliance associated with Lake Tahoe's TMDL Program.
